Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Nashr offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 30 days of your first subscription payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to stop future billing.
• Renewal payments are non-refundable once charged, but you can cancel before the next renewal. We may grant goodwill or pro-rata refunds at our discretion.

How Billing and Refunds Are Handled

Our order process and billing are conducted by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, customer-service inquiries, and refunds. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Your Statutory Rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have — including, where it applies, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK and equivalent rights in other countries. These rights remain unaffected.
