Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

Every new Nashr account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. No card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. The trial is available once per new account. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

When the trial ends you choose a plan and pay. Your subscription starts from that first payment.

Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. This applies to every plan and to every payment, renewals included.

Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, under Paddle's Refund Policy. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. When a payment is refunded, your subscription ends and access to paid features stops.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling is not a refund — to have a payment refunded, request a refund within 14 days of that payment.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
