Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

Every Nashr plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, you have full access to the Service, and you may end the trial at any time from your account settings. Paid access begins only when a subscription starts.

The trial is how you evaluate Nashr before paying anything. Because of it, we do not operate a blanket money-back guarantee on subscription payments — see Refunds below.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to stop future billing.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then.
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable once charged, but you can cancel at any time before the next renewal.

Refunds

We will refund a payment where:

  • we are required to do so by applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal (see Your Statutory Rights);
  • you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or charged more than once for the same period; or
  • we agree to a goodwill or pro-rata refund at our discretion.

Contact us before or after a renewal you did not intend — we would rather resolve it than leave you on a plan you are not using.

How Billing and Refunds Are Handled

Our order process and billing are conducted by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payments, customer-service inquiries, and refunds. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have — including, where it applies, the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/UK and equivalent rights in other countries. These rights are in addition to the free trial described above and remain unaffected by it.
