Delete your account

1. Sign in to Nashr in the app or at nashr.co.
2. Open Settings, then choose Delete account.
3. Type the confirmation word, tick the box, and confirm.
4. We email you a confirmation. You have 7 days to cancel from the link in that email; after that the deletion goes ahead.

Can’t sign in, or already removed the app?

Email us from the address on your Nashr account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request and delete the account for you.

Delete only some of your data

You can keep your account and delete individual items at any time inside Nashr: posts, saved drafts (including “Delete all saved drafts”), uploaded media, and media folders.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Your account, business profile, posts, drafts, uploaded media, and your team’s access to the account are deleted.
• Nashr’s access to your connected social media accounts is revoked as part of the deletion.
• Personal information is deleted or anonymized within 60 days of the deletion.
• Backups may keep a copy for up to an additional 90 days.
• Security audit records are kept in pseudonymized form.
• Payment records are held by Paddle, our payment provider, which acts as an independent controller for payment data.
